This privacy statement (“Privacy Statement”) provides an overview of how FleetRover Inc. d.b.a. Class8 and its affiliates (collectively, “we”, “our” or “us”) collect, use and disclose the Personal Information (as defined herein) of individuals (“you” or “your”), including in relation to the websites, mobile apps and other services (our “Services”) that we operate and which link to this Statement.
This Privacy Statement applies to all of our operations unless we have provided you with a separate privacy statement for a particular product, service or activity.
This Privacy Statement does not apply to the extent we process Personal Information in the role of a processor or service provider on behalf of our customers. It is that customer’s privacy statement and practices that apply, and we conduct such activities strictly in accordance with our customer’s instructions and pursuant to our contractual arrangements with the customer. If you are an end user, consumer, or a driver with an existing relationship with one of our customers, you should refer to the customer for information regarding their privacy practices and policies.

This Privacy Statement is current as of the “updated” date which appears at the top of this page. We may modify this Privacy Statement from time to time. When changes are made, they will become immediately effective when published in a revised Privacy Statement posted on our website, unless otherwise noted. We may collect Personal Information from other third party sources, such as our partners and service providers to provide the Services. The types of information collected from partners and service providers include: GPS data, engine data and axle data from your vehicle.
We also collect, use, and share, and may create, aggregated and anonymized data for any purpose. Aggregated and anonymized data is not considered personal information because it cannot be used to identify you.
OUR USE OF COOKIES
A “cookie” is a small text file that contains information and is stored on your computer. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies, such as web beacons and pixels, to automatically collect information about your use of our website and your interaction with our emails. Supplemental Notice for Residents in Certain US States
This Supplemental Notice for Residents in Certain US States (this “Supplemental Notice”) applies to consumers in states that have a state-level comprehensive privacy law that applies to us and addresses Personal Information we collect online and offline. As discussed above, we may process “Sensitive Data” as defined under applicable law. Additionally, our disclosure of Personal Information, including your Identifiers, Internet Usage Information, and Inferences collected through Cookies and similar online tracking technologies, may be considered “Targeted Advertising” under applicable law.

International Transfer and Storage of Information
